yim yames: tribute to (george harrison)

My Morning Jacket frontman Jim James appears to be quite busy during his band’s downtime. From the upcoming September release of Monsters of Folk with fellow mates M. Ward and Conor Oberst, to an upcoming full length solo album, and now this, July 7th’s release from ATO under his awesome pseudonym, Yim Yames. Here’s one of the tracks from the upcoming EP; all the tracks were recorded shortly after George’s passing in 2001.
